THE CONCEPT: Subverting The Gallery Space

The Living Showroom is a pioneering art acquisition concept subverting the traditional art gallery. Partnering with select boutique and luxurious hospitality spaces to deliver an immersive experience that blends performance art and British-made collectable design. A new way to see and experience art, born from Booty's 2024 underground jazz club residency at the Karma Sanctum in the heart of Soho.

An evening at the member’s club-turned-jazz club for one night only. Patrons are invited to interact with Booty’s collectible design whilst enjoying a tipple at their usual stomping ground. The event is led by the artist and Master of Ceremonies herself, Jessica Booty. From the ceramic art to the music, every aspect of the show is bespoke to create an alluring and smoky jazz-noir escape from our roaring 2020s.

A 45 minute immersion of grit, vintage glamour, performance art and collectible design.
